Re your letter No. 27275 dated the 9th June 1920. I beg to state that I am desirous to contribute to the Fund.
But I am unable to pay the Arrears of £73.15.0 as stated in the letter which I received from the Crown Agents on the 8th of June 1920. As I am absolutely dependent on my Pension. I should be pleased to know if anything could be done in the way of instalments being given in the repayment of Arrears.
If not, whether I am entitled to refund in respect of my seventeen years' contribution abroad, paid.
